All Saints Church — Bay Head

Inreach Committee

The Mission of the InReach Committee is to provide assistance to members of our church family through friendship, prayer, and support.

FLOWER DELIVERY- When flowers are available from the altar and font they are delivered to shut-ins, people who are ill, have a special birthday or special occasion such as an anniversary or birth of a child.

CARDS- Cards are mailed monthly to shut-ins, those who are ill, in need of sympathy, and also those who have a milestone such as a big birthday, anniversary or birth of a child. We encourage members of the Parish who are aware of such events or needs, to inform someone on the InReach Committee.

TELEPHONE VISITS- Checking up on a parishioner for a variety of reasons

CARE PACKAGES- Care packages are sent to students who are away from home during exam time or in the middle of winter, which include home baked goodies. Gift cards are also sent to those who live at home or are so far away that baked goods don’t make sense.

DINNER DELIVERIES- Dinners are delivered monthly through Supper with All Saints. When soup is available that is delivered as well. As with cards, parishioners are encouraged to volunteer for these opportunities, and to provide names of those who might appreciate being included among the recipients.

We especially encourge men of the parish to join us. If you’re not able to join us, please keep us apprised of anyone who could use our support and friendship.

Church Directories

Everyone who receives email blasts via their email address should have received a digital copy of the Church Directory. This is a new service that will occur about every six months. So, no more waiting two years for an updated directory. Anyone who did not receive a digital copy, and would like a copy of the Church Directory, can contact the church office and receive a hard copy printed out for you and/or provide an email address and have a digital copy sent to you. This is not an ‘either/or’ service it is a both/and. That is, you can still request the usual hardcopy and receive a digital copy.
