Hospitality Committee

The Hospitality Hour following 10:15 a.m. service on Sunday sets Bristol Hall buzzing. Everyone has the opportunity to greet newcomers or chat with parish family members they haven’t seen during the week.

Coffee, juice, baked goods, and the occasional breakfast casserole or sandwiches are provided by a group of volunteers dedicated to our Hospitality ministry. Their offerings have become even more delightful and delicious as the cooks and bakers gained a spacious commercial-grade kitchen as a result of our expansion project in the early 2000s.

Hospitality Hour took on special significance to our parish family during our time in exile at St. Mary’s-by-the-Sea in Point Pleasant Beach. During those 14 months, parishioners crowded into the parish hall there to reunite with friends displaced by Hurricane Sandy. Many who were living in Bay Head, Mantoloking, and Point Pleasant immediately following the storm did not have a fully operational kitchen in their own homes, so Hospitality Hour gave them not only a chance to savor some hot coffee or a cold drink along with various tasty treats but also to find comfort and emotional support from parish family members.


All guests who arrive should be received as Christ, for he himself will say, "I was a stranger and you took me in."

"Loose Plate" Collection
Sunday, November 18
To aid the towns flooded by Florence in the Carolina's and those swept away by Michael's fierce winds in Florida and Georgia. We will place envelopes in the pews for your contributions and checks can be made out to All Saints, with "hurricane" in the memo line. We have been there, we know recovery is a long process, we can help.
Church School
Sunday, November 18
Because of the school breaks and Thanksgiving, Church school will only meet on November 18.
St. Gregory’s Pantry Holiday Distribution
Sunday, November 18, 2:00-4:00 pm and Monday, November 19, 9:00-2:00 pm
Sunday afternoon: Youth needed to carry food. Monday: Any time would be appreciated; help is especially needed after 1:00.

St. Gregory’s Toy Drive
Sunday, November 25
Please take an ornament or 2 (each ornament will have the gender and age of children from birth to 17.) and buy a present for the families served by St. Gregory's Pantry.

Supper with All Saints
Tuesday, November 27, serving from 4pm to 6pm
We look forward to welcoming All Saints parishioners and friends from the surrounding community to share our post-Thanksgiving evening meal. Shall we gather together to ask the Lord's blessings, and share a meal with friends.
Bay Head Christmas Walk
Friday, December 7, 5:30 - 8:30 pm
Please join us at All Saints to welcome the season with our Christmas Tree Lighting, Caroling, and Christmas cookie treats. We need volunteers to bake their favorite cookies and greeters to welcome visitors.

Holiday Gifts for Overseas Military Personnel
Saturday, December 8
All Saints is placing a box in Bris-tol Hall to collect donations like lip balm, sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes/toothpaste, shaving supplies, socks, bug repellent, candy, gum, pretzels, granola bars, and a card with holiday greetings. 'Tis the season to remember our troops.
